- Tracking of all returned orders and forward the file to CSR to call them and convince for re-purchasing by giving discounts.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram pages and monitor all activities regarding comments, replies or any post related issues.
- Book all orders on courier portal via MS Excel file and make sure the tracking ID gets generated then forward it to the customers.
- Reporting of all pending orders which are not dispatched due to unavailability of stock. So that production of such orders could be done.
- Reporting of weekly return rate and re-send returned orders.
- Cross check address before dispatching the orders to avoid returns.
- Fulfillment of all orders delivered to customers.
- Cancellation of all returned orders.
- Weekly stock reconciliation of returned orders and orders dispatched.
- Reply emails.
