Customer Service Representative Job Duties:



Resolve customer complaints via  email, mail or social media, Amazon Store or any platforms. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.  Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Maintaining High rate of reviews and feedbacks



The hourly rate charged is $5 and I am open for negotiation.
